Job Summary
The Senior Front-End Engineer at Kodaro will occupy a senior developer position leading the front-end web application development of several Kodaro products. We are looking for someone that has demonstrable web software development skills - possessing 5-10 years’ experience in deploying highly scalable, usable, and performant web applications while performing highly creative, detail oriented front-end web development. The right person should have a strong eye for pixel perfect design that can turn a set of written requirements and wireframes into fully functional and highly performant web applications using standards compliant HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern reactive web frameworks. The candidate must be fluent in writing complex JavaScript, as well as using current JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS/Redux-Saga/AngularJS/NodeJS and a modern web development toolkit. This person should have a proven history of innovative user interface design and development. Full stack experience is a plus.


  • Have 5-10 years of experience in web application development or software engineering using modern frameworks.
  • Possess a deep understanding of advanced JavaScript, DOM.
  • Have a deep understanding of at least one major JS framework such as ReactJS/Redux-Saga/AngularJS/NodeJS.
  • Be able to demonstrate strong HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript development skills.
  • Experience building user-facing products and working on UX/UI problems.
  • Know the differences in developing for various browsers and platforms.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Care about your craft and have opinions about the “right” way to do things with technology.
  • Be adamant that all UI code is testable using JavaScript unit testing frameworks.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or another technical field.
